Its been too long to constantly demand closed caption/ subtitles for a person who cannot understand or hear a sound coming from digital that display leisure/ importance for example: Movie theater, TV show 'commercial', News - Life stream, and so on.
Movie theater: Everyone should have the right to ask movie theater to put on closed caption or subtitle ON THE MOVIE SCREEN but not on an object, which it is extremely uncomfortable to use, that display closed caption away from movie screen.
News - Life stream: Everyone need to have an access as an option to have subtitle or closed caption on so they can fully understand what going on around the world (or around them basically). Same for TV show 'commercial'!
