Order the Administrator of the FAA to immediately allow the use of all electronic devices during all phases of flight.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has yet to demonstrate that passengers' electronic devices interfere with aircraft systems. The petitioners request that President Obama immediately order the FAA to allow passengers to use any electronic devices except cellular radios during all phases of flight unless the FAA can positively demonstrate that such use interferes with aircraft systems. Restrictions imposed based on such tests shall only apply to the model aircraft where interference was observed. The technical results of all tests shall be made available to the public.
