Mr. Davies, Ms. Smith and Mr. Duncan owned and/or operated a medical marijuana growing business in California and in accordance with California law. Federal Law Enforcement has brought charges against all of the above for violating federal marijuana laws. If a state places a law into effect or removes restrictions under a law and Federal Law Enforcement ignores those state laws, it is a violation of States Rights and a violation of the civil liberties of it's citizens who are acting in accordance with their state laws. We, the undersigned, are asking that Federal Law Enforcement drop all charges against the above named people and allow them to operate a business which is legal and regulated in the state in which they reside and in which their business is lawfully operated.
