That in order for any citizen to get any welfare , WIC, Food Stamp or any other social help the individual receiving the benefit must for every $100 dollars he/she receive in help report and work in different government entities like Shelters, cleaning streets painting, removing trash for a minimum of 40 hour per month per each 100 dollars received in help. Exemptions to this will be given only to the elder, 65 and above, less fortunate people with missing limps, in order to get free government “Christmas presents for their kids they must put hours of work as stated above as per expected present to receive.
