We, the undersigned duly Licensed and Certified Real Estate Appraisers, all duly registered pursuant to Federal Regulation on the roster of the Appraisal Foundation and Appraisal Subcommittee, DEMAND that anyone reviewing an appraisal prepared by a State Licensed or Certified Appraiser hereinafter known as a duly qualified Federally Regulated Appraiser, be restricted to review by a peer appraiser equally qualified or superior to, as a State Licensed or Certified Appraiser on the roster of the ASC and Appraisal Foundation and that any and all policies and administrative procedures of Federally Regulated Lenders using unlicensed appraiser reviewers or appraisal technicians cease immediately subject to federal fine and suspension and/or removal as a federally chartered mortgage lender.
