April 8th Congressman Steve Cohen asked Mr. Holder why he would not initiate a scientific and medical evaluation of marijuana by the DHHS. We request you order Mr. Holder to initiate the evaluation and study by the DHHS. We request that the evaluation and study be based on science as requested by Mr. Cohen. We request any scientific study include at least one reputable doctor or scientist such as Dr. Sanjay Gupta.
