Where as:
The United States Constitution is the supreme Law of the Land
The United States Constitution provides for the protection of certain inherent rights to and granted privileges of the American People
The Legislative and Executive branches have signed into law, legislation that violates those rights and privileges.
The Legislative and Executive branches continue to create laws that are outside their scope of authority and jurisdiction.
We therefore demand:
An immediate audit of the United States Code by non-government third parties that are experts on the Constitution.
A report of the findings be made available to all registered voters to include the violations as well as members that voted in favor of them.
The offending laws be repealed or modified to remove the violations.
