Children held in the foster care system are often taken on the testimony and request of a Social worker employed under the Department of Health and Human Services. The Child Services caseworkers can and do remove children without warrants, without cause, without abuse, and without legal reason to take a child out of the home. Counties benefit in Title IV Federal incentives by retaining as many children as possible for adoption. These CPS Investigators are trusted completely with their words and therefore Parents and Children are condemned by hearsay alone. Not Proof.
We call upon the U.S. Government to not allow Title IV Funding to Departments that do not use Body Cameras for proof and evidence. Without the Title IV, there is no reason to purposely go after a “Bounty" on our children.
