Carmen Ortiz's recent history clearly makes her ineligible to lead a prosecution of a case which has as much riding on it as this one does.
Her office's zeal to get a "high profile" internet conviction forced Aaron Swartz to commit suicide regardless of whether or not Aaron was guilty of anything. Steve Haymanns handling of evidence and shady (to say the least) interactions with defense council in regards to discovery of exculpatory evidence shows a clear lack of focus in Carmen Ortiz's office... at least focus as it relates to justice.
One great irony is that Carmen Ortiz's office is benefiting from one of Aaron's many creations. Reddit was responsible for bringing to light key evidence, but utilizing the "hive mind" which makes up social networking on the internet.
