Order Congress to pass a Constitutional Amendment requiring all laws to apply equally to Congress and the citizens.

Too many laws passed by Congress place heavy regulatory, moral, or civil burdens on the citizens of the United States while Congress writes clauses into those laws that exempt themselves from them. Pres. Obama should demand that Congress pass an amendment to the Constitution that prohibits Congress from exempting themselves from the laws that they require the rest of us to live under. He should not allow the 99% to be saddled by the whims of the 1% while the 1% are free to live lawless, amoral lives and get away with it.
