Order Customs and Border Patrol to end the illegal stops and use of canines to falsely respond on U.S. Citizens vehicles

Customs and Border Patrol perform traffic interdiction check points to determine U.S. Citizenship. The Check Points are in actuality being used for fishing expeditions for intimidating motorists to allow for unlawful searches of their vehicles. The use of drug detection canines which are being keyed to falsely respond on motorists vehicles who refuse to allow their vehicles to be seached. The fed agents use the false response to gain unlawful access to the vehicles. This entire program needs to be abolished and the fed agents placed on the international border to prevent unlawful entry into this country instead of harassing U.S. Citizens.
