In Order to cut the deficit End Civilian Contractors doing jobs our military personnel can do

We would like to end the civilian contractors getting paid more than our military to do military jobs. Thousands of civilians are being paid to do work on military bases across the world that our military personnel should be doing. This would not only cut the defense budget but could allow for higher salary for our service men and women! Our service members do not make enough money to raise a family while our government is paying civilians to drive our service members in chartered buses. Things like this cause over spending of the defense budget monies and cost our service members more than is necessary.
