Order the DEA/FBI to Cease Enforcement of Controlled Substance Crimes (ref: immigration, selective enforcement)

Created by E.C. on November 15, 2012

The decision by this administration not to pursue immigration enforcement, must be made in like kind for drug enforcement (aka "the war on drugs").

Declining to enforce immigration laws allow illegal aliens to utilize tax revenue paid by US Citizens.

In contrast, drug enforcement subjects US Citizens to unreasonable search, seizure, and forfeiture of property and deprives them of their civil liberties.

It is fact that "prohibition" fosters black-market activities and violent-crimes, and further denies vital tax-revenue to the government, such that revenue from prison and rehabilitation systems is far less than potential tax revenue.

In short, the will of the people is evidenced by the fact that a majority of the populous willfully violates these laws (ref: GALLUP, DEA, et al)
