There needs to be a quick, complete, and full investigation of bankers and Wall Street concerning possible illegalities leading up to, and during the Crash of 2008. The Department of Justice and, more seriously, the President have disregarded their oaths to defend and uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United Staes by not doing so.
There needs to be a punishment for any that have violated the law and that includes those that are wealthy just as much as it does the average person.
We say we are a nation of laws. Do the laws apply to all, or just those too poor to afford to pay their way around them?
