Christopher Darner created a manifesto alleging racial discrimination and cronyism within the Los Angeles Police Department which helped lead to his dismissal from the force and created the need in his mind to retaliate. It led to his killing three people including a Riverside, CA Police Officer and seriously injuring others, which if he survives the manhunt will cause him to either spend the rest of his life in prison or be sentenced to death The Department of Justice should have an independant investigation into whether the LAPD tollerated this discrimination and cronyism which would have been a violation of his civil rights and led up to his murder spree.
