Sergio Garcia is an illegal alien residing in norther California. He holds a law degree. He maintains that he holds a competent understanding of the law to be given a license to practice law in the state of California. In doing so he is admitting to knowing that his residence with in the borders of the United States of America is a criminal offense. He has been in the presence of many Law enforcement officials. These officials should be held accountable for sterile toon of duty. By allowing him to practice law, let alone to continue to reside in the United States is in an intentional undermining of the laws that govern this country.
