We the people of these United States, in order to address the findings of the CIA and intelligence community, ask that the Electoral College Electors suspend their votes until such time as a thorough review of the intelligence is gathered and discussed in detail.
We ask that Congress, in order to discern the truth of the findings, create a committee to learn the truth and protect our republic.
If such time is not met by the end of Barack Obama’s term as president, we ask that Speaker Paul Ryan take the oath of office until the truth is discovered.
If at the end of the hearing there is reason to believe that Russia influenced the election, we ask that a special election take place.
If there is no reason to believe Russian influence changed the outcome, Donald J. Trump takes office.
