We petition the White House to order the DOJ to immediately and fully take over operational control of the Albuquerque Police Department (APD). Since the release of the DOJ investigation on April 10th, which found APD uses excessive force and has escalated situations resulting in death, three more people have been killed by APD. The latest shooting was a 19 year old woman in which, "there is no lapel video." The public has lost trust in APD and is in danger.
