We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Order a DOJ Investigation into Marilyn Mosby for violation of the Civil Rights of six Baltimore Police Officers

Created by T.J. on July 18, 2016

Over the last year we have watched Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby repeatedly state that her office had probable cause to not only arrest, but to prosecute SIX Police Officers.

All the while, Mosby was making inflammatory political and public comments about these officers and their actions.

Over a year later there have been four separate trials and no convictions.

It is clear that these officers were arrested and prosecuted over the decisions of an inexperienced and vindictive Prosecutor who was more interested in political popularity than justice.

We demand that the President order the DOJ to open a Civil Rights investigation into Marilyn Mosby and the Maryland State Attorney General Office over their questionable handling of this case.
