The NM judiciary violated the Constitution and the Supremacy Clause by placing a clause in a Civil Order of Protection that takes away firearms and ammunition; both violating the 2nd Amendment and the US Code Title 42 Section 1982 private property rights, destroyed parts of the court record, blocked appeals, and illegally convicted the Petitioner of "harassment" as threats and intimidation to stop exposing judicial fraud.
