Pollard earned $50,000 from the Israelis in 1986. He was arrested & given a few days to get his affairs in order. Instead, he, his wife & son, and cat went to the Israeli embassy asking for asylum. The Israelis refused him, so he was sentencing to life imprisonment for having stolen & sold more documents than any other spy in American history. (His wife-collaborator got only 5 yrs in a plea agreement.) For yrs Netanyahu has been pestering the USA to release Pollard even tho the Israelis themselves refused him asylum. Why should this spy be released just as a sop to appease Netanyahu over the Iran nuclear arms agreement? Anyone who spied against our country should never see the light of day.
