Among the 4 innocent bystanders who were on the side of the road helping a fellow motorist in need, were Eric Boyles who lost his wife Hollie and his 21-year-old daughter Shelby in the crash. Ethan's Defense Attorney argued that he suffers from “Affluenza.”
