FDA-approved, open-label trials for Epidiolex (it's main ingredient is a primary component of marijuana) by itself along with historical case study give overwhelming proof that it has value in treating several types of seizures.
The Catch-22: the DEA says it cannot re-classify marijuana to Schedule 2 unless the FDA determines it has a medical use. The FDA continues to obfuscate the issue with jurisdictional nonsense.
