Vaping has allowed millions to escape the dangers of cigarettes. But the FDA's latest regulations threaten to undo all of that. These new rules are nothing but a power grab and will cause more harm as they dissuade a grass-roots industry and millions who have come to rely on them.
As the presiding officer of the Executive Branch, you have direct authority over the Food and Drug Administration, and can order them to rescind these dangerous regulations. We the undersigned demand you do just that and stop their enforcement immediately.
