The problems of the Marketplace website and its London, KY location are well documented and have been nothing but frustrating and costly in loss of assistance for insurance premiums, time and postage expenses for far too long.
The ineptitude of the website, the lack of satisfaction when speaking to representatives and supervisors on the phone because one is unable to log on to established accounts and the repeated requests to mail documents to the London, Ky. Industrial Blvd address only to have them met with claims that they never received proven USPS mailings must be investigated.
