To stop corrupt, unwanted financial influence nationwide by charging a fee for any contribution to any person or entity elected or appointed in any capacity in the United States of America of $5000 dollars or more by placing a 100% fee of such contribution whether cash or in-kind paid to the U.S. Treasury to off-set any negative economic, civil right that may or may not occur. Such impact will measured by performance of standard economic indicators such as unemployment, people living in poverty, business start-ups etc.
