Order immediate release of all those who were illegally sentenced despite the fact that one original petition was denied

As per The New York Times editorial of August 18 2015, thousands of people are being held in prisons because their sentences were illegally imposed : re Gilbert case. The rule that those who lost their first petition must serve illegal sentences because the principle of allowing only one petition is just "too important" is crazy and horrible beyond conception.
