In order to improve the US economy, peacefully sell Texas to the people's republic of china

I. Whereas the state of Texas apparently wants to leave the United States government and
II. Whereas the United States is in a critical deficit, most of which is owed to the People's Republic of China and
III. Whereas not only would the actual sale of Texas improve the deficit, but Chinese manufacturing that could possibly be established in the former state would decrease the price of products imported from china and
IV. Whereas a small portion of the Texas population truly believe that the United States is going to become a place without freedom, living under communist rule might change their opinion
