Request the Obama administration issue executive orders to the FBI, and the DOJ to begin investigations into the death of Robert Saylor at the hands of 3 OFF DUTY sheriff deputies. The deputies were working as private security in their police uniforms, and have been improperly allowed to invoke their police right to not give statements. The medical examiner has labled the death a homicide, yet the deputies involved were not suspended during the "investigation" until media attention was brought onto the case. The sheriff has since cancelled public speaking events to avoid commenting on the case. This person was special needs, with Downs syndrome and was murdered by 3 off duty deputies, clearly his civil rights were violated. A federal investigation is warranted.
