Laylah Petersen a 5 year old girl was murdered sitting on her grandfathers lap watching TV. According to reports, two black males approached the house and began firing into it. One bullet struck Laylah in the head killing her.
If the Justice Department can spend time and money pursuing cases in the shootings of Michael Brown and the choking death of Eric Garner, then surely it can also investigate this murder.
