order the Justice Department to look into the sexual discrimination against father's custody rights in state courts.

Created by J.M. on July 23, 2013

We call upon the Administration to end discrimination against Father's Rights in our country. States continually deny being discriminatory but if this were true then Fathers would win custody close to 50% of the time in custody fights. This is not even close to being the case. As such there is patent and clear sexual discrimination AGAINST father's in custody hearings which is unconstitutional and needs to be addressed at the federal level as the states have proven unwilling to do so.

We believe this discrimination to be a holdover from historical beliefs that it is the mother's responsibility and nature to raise children while father's work. This family model has not been the norm in many years, and Fathers now commonly have more than adequate qualifications for raising a child.
