An investigation must be launched into Curt Schillings (38 Studios) lobbying of and accepting $75 million dollars of RI taxpayer moral obligation bonds for the funding of his ill-conceived, and quite frankly fraudulent company 38 Studios. To include all corporate officers of 38 Studios, all involved financial corporations, all lobbyists, tax credit brokers, all former members of the now defunct RIEDC and all RI politicians involved in the "deal". This was clearly an act of fraud committed by the legislature, Governor, RIEDC, several financial institutions, and most certainly by Curt Schilling personally. Justice must be served.
