Yesterday, February 7th 2013, law enforcement officers from the LAPD and surrounding departments randomly shot 3 people for no reason whatsoever.
Law enforcement in this area is currently involved in a massive man hunt for killer Christopher Dorner. This is a man hunt that they are clearly not up to the task of undertaking. These random shootings show that the officers have not received sufficient training in rules of engagement and how to make a positive identification. These departments are a menace to society.
We demand that National Guard units be ordered into relieve the LAPD of duty, and conduct the man hunt for Dorner themselves, until such time as the leadership of the LAPD can be replaced and the officers can be retrained and re-certified to resume duty.
