On June 5, 2013 a citizens rally effectively lobbied local government in California to instigate an AUDIT of Child Protective Services (DCFS) in the State of California. We request a presidential mandate to audit all agencies nationwide!
The news is full of problems: reported stories where CPS agencies fail to act when they should. Rarely, if ever reported, are the huge numbers of families and children victimized through abuse of power, Color of Law (Title 42, U.S.C., Section 14141) violations and unconstitutional treatment of parent, children, grandparents. Corrupt agencies nationwide show blatant abuses of power and must be held accountable!
