Parents are not paying child support for their children while going through a divorce. In my case the father of my children is prolonging our divorce because he knows that I can not take him to court for child support as there is a divorce pending in the state he lives in. He is currently working a contract job in Afghanistan making good money and he will not support his children. Also I have been told that I can not go for back support, that I would only get support from the time the court orders it. My parents have used their life savings to help take care of our children, I think he should have to pay the back support to pay them back. It's not fair to the children to to have to go without things while their father can take vacations or buy luxury cars for his girlfriend.
