order public schools to have Sex Education classes!

In the state of Massachusetts, extensive testing has been done over the course of 30 years that has determined that more sex education means student's are more likely to wait. This is because they are educated rather than having to experiment. What this petition would ask the Obama Administration to do is to put an executive order that mandates all federally funded schools/public schools provide sexual education courses to students in secondary education schools (Middle and High schools) in age appropriate ways. Such as teaching a first grader that latex gloves prevent germs, you can teach middle schooler's in age appropriate ways. Also parent's would be able to remove their children from classes if they wished.
