This petition is a request to have the President order the Social Security Administration establish the option to make one's Social Security Card into a valid Federal picture ID.
The Order shall compel the SSA to give US citizens the option receiving of a REAL ID compliant photo ID instead of the traditional paper card. This ID would be valid in all fifty states, and allow citizens to obtaining access to voting and other privileges where a state ID may not accepted or hard to obtain
Additionally, this more secure ID would help prevent fraud and identity theft by making the card harder to use by someone other than the holder
The Order shall require to have a system in place by December 31, 2015 in order to allow citizens to participate in the 2016 Presidential and Congressional Elections
