I have a case against Wells Fargo Bank's refusal to accept
Monthly cash payment in the only amount levied by signed contract, in the correct amount in a timely fashion, in January 2010. In February 2010 that same amount was accepted at a branch when the teller chose "other" on the computer screen. That payment was not acknowledged in any way. The payment of Real Estate taxes erroneously paid to the City of Williamsburg, for property owned by the mortgagee, was refunded to Wells Fargo Bank. That also wasn't acknowledged.
