In order to stop the influx of illegal immigrants crossing the Mexican-United States border, establish a ten(10) mile "no man's land" on the Mexican side of the border, whereas no person or persons may be allowed in this area. (Exception, the recognized and currently established cities and towns) The Mexican government would be required to enforce the establishment of this area to receive monetary aid from the United States and to export products across the border. This buffer area would continue until a law is passed to stop the illegal crossing, and/or until Mexico does their part by preventing illegal crossing from their side of the border.
