I would like the Obama Administration to order Telecommunication (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-mobile, etc...) companies to give the People the choice to get Data only plans on their smartphones and pay a per-minute instead of being forced to pay for over the top Voice plans. As it stands right now to use a smartphone you MUST get both a Voice and Data plans, this shouldn't be the case. We the People should be able to pick what we want to pay for.
