For dereliction of duties, we the citizenry of the United States, respectfully request that President Barack Obama order the U.S. Treasury to withhold payment from any Senator who refuses to fulfill their duty to review in the prescribed manor afforded by the U.S. Constitution, and through the hearing process, any and all nominees that you submit for U.S. Supreme Court Justice to replace Judge Antonin Scalia who died during his term of office.
