We, Active, Retired and Former Law Enforcement Officers, duly qualified and Certified pursuant to Public Law 108-277, Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) and friends of Active and Retired Law Enforcement Officers, DEMAND an IMMEDIATE Investigation by the Attorney General of The United States and US Justice Department of The Governor and entire State Legislative Members of the State of New York due to their deliberate action of illegally circumventing Federal Law, Public Law 108-277 (LEOSA), by passage and signing into New York State Law, the NY SAFE ACT which indeed, as passed, and entered into New York State Law conflicts with Public Law 108-277 (LEOSA) and that Civil action be taken to have the NY SAFE ACT vacated from the laws of New York Stat
