Order the U.S. Department of Agriculture to repeal regulations banning the sale of candy and soda in public schools

Created by R.S. on February 02, 2013

The United States Constitution does not authorize the federal government to dictate or manage local or state schools. The Ninth and Tenth Amendments leave no doubt that the governance of schools is a right retained by the states, or by the people.

Repeal immediately the recent rules by the USDA banning the sale of candy and soda in public schools.
