order the U.S Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigations to investigate the Danville, Va Police Department

I request the White house to open a federal special grand jury investigation into the policies, customs, and leadership of the Danville, Va police department. 7 out of 10 drug arrests in the past 20 years have been African American. The Danville, Va police department runs a stop and frisk policy in African American dominated red zones within the City of Danvile, Va with aggressive enforcement practices. The City of Danville, Va police department is on video violating citizens civil rights and tampering with evidence by way of video and audio with a high pattern of brady violations. They have also retaliated against those that files police complaints and have a practice of trying to intimidate and harass those that file complaints. The citizens want an independent investigation.
