We the undersigned, all duly registered appraisers listed in the National Registry of the Appraisal Subcommittee, hereby ask the Obama Administration to direct The Attorney General of the United States and the US Justice Department to investigate if any criminal charges are warranted against ES Appraisals A/K/A Evalonline 12276 San Jose Blvd. Ste. 521 Jacksonville, FL 32223 and Chase, N.A. to determine if deliberate fraud was perpetrated by the afore named against appraisers whereby appraisal were ordered and delivered with the intent of the afore named not to pay for services rendered and to further investigate if paid by Chase, where the appraisals fees ($12,000,000) are at this time.
