Order the US Post office to Re-instate Sgt. Maj. Richard Erickson a decorated vet who was fired for military service.

Created by K.L. on October 07, 2014

Sgt. Maj. Richard Erickson was a decorated veteran who was away from his job at the postal service for military service in the National Guard. He received a letter stating he was fired for "Excessive military leave" which is illegal under federal law. He has won in court and the postal service has been ordered to re-instate him but they keep fighting in court. President Obama though the post master general order the postal service to stop appealing the case and obey federal law. The people who are in charge of this case for the postal service should be fired for wasting tax payer money. Our veterans who put their life on the line to protect our country deserve better.
