Order the use of water flow restrictors on all bathroom sinks in government buildings in order to save taxpayer money.

Many government buildings do not have water flow restrictors on their bathroom sinks. Most people turn the sink on full blast when they go to wash their hands. By installing flow restrictors there would be cost savings in both water costs and energy costs. It's also better for the environment.
