Organ Donor Rights: Let the wishes of an organ donor not be revoked by the family at time of death.

This petition is to create legislation that will allow the Organ Donor to have his wishes granted and not allow the family to revoke those rights at the time of death. This needs to include mandatory organ donor registry from issuance of driver's license in all states. With that registry unless the organ donor changes his decision the family can not under any circumstance change that decision.
