Most United states citizens know there are several races of extraterrestrials visiting earth. This petition will require the United states of America to organize a public meeting with the peaceful races now here. This petition will also require the United states government to acknowledge extraterrestrial existence aswell as except forms of peace with other extraterrestrial races. Including giving this extraterrestrial race(s) the same rights as any government on earth.
