Organize a referendum to make Kosovo,our greatest ally a part of USA!

US government and Rep of Kosovo should organize a referendum on making Kosovo a territory of the United States,like P.Rico.Kosovo,a small country in Europe,gained independence in 2008,but the economy has not moved since,the corruption is widespread and there doesn't seem any chance that this will be changed any time soon.The idea behind this petition is to rebuild the economy of our ally and make the living standard better.Kosovo has hundreds of companies,factories and mines that don't work since the fall of communism,with our help they can be fixed and running to provide Kosovo and us the profit and with it a higher living standard and employment,another thing is that we could move our troops there instead of Germany/Italy,where they'll be wanted.
